Build & FAT
Fabrication at Vatva, Ahmedabad. Airflow velocity, particle count, DOP filter integrity and sound level tested and recorded before dispatch.

Crate & ship
Fumigated export plywood crates, sealed in LCL or FCL from Nhava Sheva or Mundra to Durban, Cape Town or Port Elizabeth — 18 to 24 days at sea.
04
Install & qualify
IQ/OQ/PQ formats, O&M manual and a spares list travel with the crate. Commissioning by video call, or an engineer on site on request.

Yes. We manufacture at Vatva, Ahmedabad and export regularly, clearing through Nhava Sheva or Mundra and landing at Durban, Cape Town or Port Elizabeth. Quotations can be issued ex-works, FOB or CIF to your nearest port.
+ What documentation is supplied with each machine?
A design qualification pack, factory acceptance test report, HEPA filter integrity and DOP test certificate, material test certificates, the operation and maintenance manual, and IQ/OQ/PQ protocol formats — everything an auditor will ask to see.
+ What is the lead time for an order?
Standard sizes are built in 3 to 5 weeks. Custom-size or fully GMP-documented units take 6 to 8 weeks. Sea freight to Durban typically adds 18 to 24 days; air freight is possible for smaller pass boxes.
+ Is the equipment wired for South African power?
Yes — 230V single phase or 400V three phase at 50Hz, with SANS-compatible plug and cable gland arrangements on request. Control panels are labelled in English.
+ Can you match an existing cleanroom layout?
We manufacture rather than trade, so chamber size, filter housing position, door swing, interlock logic and finish are all adjustable. Send a photograph or a layout drawing and we will work to it.
